These costs seem really broken. The chart goes up to 500 lbs of force but all the core abilities cost 2 Capacity for every 10 lbs - with a 12 CHA you have a maximum of 60 lbs of force. Explosive force is the most broken but all of them are quite poor.

Maybe you could get an automatic bonus based on your tier? Like at third tier all your abilities start with 20 lbs of force and then you can buy more? I dunno.

Your spent value of force is multiplied by your TK tier. So if you're tier 4, and you spend 4 Capacity, you get 160 lbs of force.
