The Short Sword is a greatly ubiquitous weapon, usually just under three feet long, and used by warriors all around the world. It comes in many different varieties but most forms have broad blades, triangular tips, and some sort of crossguard. They are commonly used by both infantry and cavalry, often with a Shield, or as a secondary weapon for a warrior specializing in another, larger weapon.
