Scale Mail

Scale mail is essentially Leather Armor with scales added on, overlapping and running down the armor in rows. These scales are usually leather, horn, or some type of metal. They are sewn or riveted directly onto the armor, and are quite protective while still being rather light.
This armor is hard to repair. The repair DC of this armor equals the item's creation DC + 1 for every 2 points of damage, instead of the normal + 1 for every 5 points of damage. Luckily the armor is not damaged easily.
