Blind

Blind characters cannot see. This means they will automatically fail any Awareness checks that use vision. Additionally, in combat, a blind character is always Flat-footed. Blind characters may attempt to attack, albeit at a severe disadvantage. They must target the correct hex that an opponent is in, and they suffer a -10 penalty to their attack roll.
