Prerequisites: +18 Combat Ability, Precise Strike, Improved Precise Strike
Cost: 6 General Upgrade Points
When a character with the Greater Precise Strike feat makes an attack against his opponent, Overflow Damage is determined by the difference between his attack value and his opponent's defense. Overflow damage is calculated even if the defender retains his Agility to his defense.
Normally: Overflow Damage is determined by 1/4 of the difference between attack and defense.
