Prerequisites: +2 Combat Ability, Proficiency with a ranged-only weapon.
Cost: 4 General Upgrade Points
When within 30 feet of a target, any weapon fired or thrown by you with which you are proficient gains a +1 to attack and damage. This also treats the armor reduction of damage as one point lower against this attack.
Normally: A character gains no such benefits.
