You deal lethal damage instead of sublethal damage when making unarmed attacks. Additionally, making unarmed attacks doesn't Present an Opening.
You may still opt to deal sublethal damage with your unarmed attacks at no penalty.
Normally: Unarmed Strikes deal sublethal damage and Present an Opening.
