Prerequisites: +18 Combat Ability, Precise Strike, Improved Precise Strike
Cost: 6 General Upgrade Points
When a character with the Greater Precise Strike feat makes an attack against his opponent, Overflow Damage is determined by the difference between his attack value and his opponent's defense.
Normally: Overflow Damage is determined by 1/4 of the difference between attack and defense.
