Nauseated

Experiencing stomach distress. Nauseated characters are unable to attack, use magic, concentrate on spells, or do anything else requiring attention. The character is limited to 4 AP per round, usually used for movement - attempting to use more incurs a Fortitude Save (DC: 20 + Extra AP). Failing this save induces heavy vomiting which causes the character to be both Open and effectively Helpless for the remainder of the round.
