Prerequisites: +10 Combat Ability, Precise Strike
Cost: 6 General Upgrade Points
When a character with the Improved Precise Strike feat makes an attack against his opponent, Overflow Damage is determined by 3/4 the difference between his attack value and his opponent's defense. Overflow damage is calculated even if the defender retains his Agility to his defense.
Normally: Overflow Damage is determined by 1/4 of the difference between attack and defense.
