Your Unarmed Attacks deal 1d8+Strength Sublethal Damage and receive a +1 attack bonus.
If you also have the Improved Unarmed Strike feat, these bonuses apply only when you opt to deal Sublethal Damage with your strike.
Taking this feat reduces the AC penalty from using unarmed attacks from -2 to -1.
Normally: Unarmed attacks deal 1d6 + Strength sublethal.
