If a creature causes damage with its Bite attack, it may choose to initiate a Grapple as a Free Action without Presenting an Opening.
While in a grapple started with a Bite attack, a creature does 1d4+7 of crushing damage every round. This effect stacks with other grappling abilities such as Rake.
