Prerequisites: 10 Speed, Speed as a Primary Ability, Improved Initiative, Combat Reflexes
Cost: 10 General Upgrade Points

A character no longer has a turn in combat. Instead, he can act at any time during the combat turns of combatants with a lower Initiative roll than his own. In the case of simultaneous Move Actions, the two characters move one AP at a time.

The character spends AP at the normal rates for actions made on one's turn. Additionally, the character is still rendered Open normally.
