This feat gives a character access to the Leadership specialization of the Negotiate skill. Additionally, the character may create his or her first information network, and attract cohorts.
Negotiate (Leadership)
Leadership is a specialization of the Negotiate skill. It can be used to rally a group of people together, and to convince people to join in the leader's cause.
Information Networks
An information network is a group of contacts and trusted individuals in a specific area that a character can trust to give good information.
Information networks act as automatic Gather Information checks, able to quickly get a character up to speed, and search out new information.
Normally: You cannot do this.
