Characters who are fatigued have Move Actions cost twice what they normally would, cannot Charge, and incur a -1 to Strength, Speed and Agility. Doing anything while fatigued that would normally cause the character to become fatigued causes the character to become Exhausted.

After 8 hours of complete rest, characters are no longer exhausted.
