The Charge action involves the combination of movement and attack.
When Charging, a character moves in a straight line for 20 feet toward an opponent and then makes an attack with a +2 attack bonus and +2 damage. However, until the start of the character's next turn, he takes a -2 defense penalty due to having to rebalance himself.
The AP cost of this is affected by Armor Penalty.
