If a skill has only two sub skills then the game mechanics for it are broken. There is suddenly no reason to spend skill points for the family modifier as you can buy them just as easily for the individual ones at equal cost, and with no cap this time. It breaks the skill-buy system.

"Animal Diplomacy" would work just like the Tier 1 ability - it would be a negotiate check for animals - it only changed their disposition, as you can't really lie to or intimidate an animal.

For the skill buy system to work we need a third sub-skill under handle animal. Any ideas? Animal diplomacy perhaps?
