Alright -
Attributes must be made when you create your character - they cannot in general be gained (unless specially noted, like being Blinded)
Most positive Attributes must be bought by gaining negative attributes. Some however, can be bought with UP.
You can gain another good save via attributes - this can be bought with UP.
Reformatting
What's here looks good. I think these should be arranged like the Feats page is though. We can have one Table be negative attributes and another be positive.
