Cost: 4 General Upgrade Points
You can ignore the first two points of armor penalty when it comes to determining movement costs. If you have a -6 penalty, your costs usually increase by 3 AP to a total of 4 AP. With this feat the first two points of penalty are ignored, reducing the AP cost by 1.
