When you make an attack against your opponent, Overflow Damage is determined by the difference between your attack value and your opponent's defense. Overflow damage is calculated even if the defender retains his Agility to his defense.
Normally: Overflow Damage is determined by 1/4 of the difference between attack and defense, and only when the defender is denied Agility to AC.
