Counterspelling

Sometimes? A master should be able to counter a novice's spell with no difficulty whatsoever. Not sure exactly what I'll do - maybe I'll keep the beat by 5 or spend capacity rule for this too. Thoughts? --Noirmachina 14:38, 6 January 2011 (MST)
