There are a couple skills with only two sub skills. What would Animal Diplomacy do?

If a skill has only two sub skills then the game mechanics for it are broken. There is suddenly no reason to spend skill points for the family modifier as you can buy them just as easily for the individual ones at equal cost, and with no cap this time. It breaks the skill-buy system.
