Joint protection consists of plates, disks, bars, and other reinforcements added to a piece of armor to provide additional protection.
This may not be added to Full Plate or Enforced Full Plate - Enforced Full Plate is Full Plate with these additions - more effective because of how full plate is designed.
It costs a further 16 uV to add joint protection to an existing suit of armor - the price listed is the additional price for a suit made originally with this protection.
