Prerequisites: +2 Combat Ability
Cost: 4 General Upgrade Points
When making off-turn actions through Actions of Opportunity or Conditional Actions (or conceivably for other reasons), the AP cost of these actions are reduced by 1. No action may have its cost reduced below 1 by this feat.
Normally: You must spend AP for off-turn attacks as per the Action Costs.
