I eventually (2nd edition, plausibly) want to move the game into a d6 system. The d20 system isn't elegant enough and it gets exceptionally number crunchy; dice are easier to manipulate. I think the system that we invented for Traveling Sixes can be expanded into an elegant and powerful system.
 
 
 
First, of course, we need to get all of the content in. The underlying architecture can change later, but right now it'd just be distracting.
 
 
 
The impetuous behind this is that we're really trying to take DnD balance and warp it to fit our numbers. Having a brand new system would allow us to create a new kind of balance without preconceived notions.
 
 
 
To be quite honest, I probably wouldn't have used the d20 system if I had had something like the d6 system we came up with.

Rules for Language(s)? Mostly, how do you learn new ones? Is it a skill, or a new thing? What? Please advise.

Armor Price Adjustment...

Divisions of Profession, Knowledge, and Craft — especially what do we call making cloth items like clothes and sails? (I am fairly confident we have craft covered)

Tower Shield Entry.— Also, can we find a way that shields might be damaged in combat, like armor? Shields get ruined all the time but right now the only way for them to be damaged is to be attacked directly. (see Attacking an Object)
