Cost: 6 General Upgrade Points
When a character with the Precise Strike feat makes an attack against his opponent who has been denied his Agility to his defense, Overflow Damage is determined by 1/2 the difference between his attack value and his opponent's defense.
Normally: Overflow Damage is determined by 1/4 of the difference between attack and defense.
