A character with this feat deals lethal damage instead of sublethal damage when making unarmed attacks. Additionally, making unarmed attacks doesn't Present an Opening.
The character may still opt to deal sublethal damage.
Normally: Unarmed Strikes deal sublethal damage and Present an Opening.
