Prerequisites: +12 Combat Ability, Two Weapon Fighting, Improved Two Weapon Fighting
Cost: 6 General Upgrade Points

Further reduces the penalties for fighting with two weapons by an additional -2/-2 (but does not reduce the penalty past 0). Natural weapons and unarmed strikes are considered to be light.

Normally: Fighting with two weapons incurs the normal Two Weapon Fighting penalties.
