Prerequisites: +2 Combat Ability, Point Blank Shot
Cost: 4 General Upgrade Points
Ranged weapons with which the character is proficient travel one further ranged increment (max 11 now), and the range increment of thrown weapons which the character is proficient is doubled.

Normally: You cannot do this.
